Services Overview

Éléve Weddings & Events provides wedding and event planning services, including but not limited to:

  • Complimentary discovery calls

  • Paid planning consultations

  • Event planning, coordination, and direction services

 

Details, pricing, and scope of services vary and are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Discovery Calls

Complimentary discovery calls are offered to determine potential fit and availability.
These calls:

  • Are informational only

  • Do not constitute planning services

  • Do not guarantee booking or availability

 

Éléve Weddings & Events reserves the right to limit or discontinue complimentary discovery calls at any time.

Planning Consultations

Planning consultations are paid, time-based professional services.

By booking a planning consultation, you acknowledge that:

  • The consultation fee is for professional time and expertise

  • Payment does not guarantee future booking

  • Recommendations and guidance provided are advisory in nature

 

Consultation fees are applied only as expressly stated at the time of booking.

Bookings & Scheduling

All services must be booked through our website or by written agreement.
Clients are responsible for selecting correct dates and times.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Decline or cancel bookings that are not a good fit for our services

 

Clients will be notified promptly if changes are required. 

Payments

Website payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Wix Payments).

 

We do not store full payment information.

By submitting payment, you authorize Éléve Weddings & Events to charge the applicable fees for selected services.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review that policy prior to booking.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Communicate changes promptly

  • Respect timelines, policies, and professional boundaries

Failure to do so may impact service delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and materials — is the property of Éléve Weddings & Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Éléve Weddings & Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Planning services involve coordination and management but cannot guarantee outcomes related to third-party vendors, venues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Third-Party Vendors & Services

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
