Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Éléve Weddings & Events, operated by Éléve Services LLC. By booking a service through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Complimentary Discovery Calls

Complimentary discovery calls are offered as a courtesy to explore potential fit and availability.

  • Discovery calls may be canceled or rescheduled at no cost.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability.

Planning Consultations

Planning consultations are paid, time-based professional services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the scheduled session, are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Planning consultation fees are non-refundable once booked.

  • Payment for a planning consultation does not guarantee future booking or availability.

Planning & Event Services

Refund and cancellation terms for contracted planning or event services are outlined in the individual client agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

​

  • Retainers and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Fees reflect time, preparation, and services reserved in advance.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and are not eligible for refunds or extensions.

Service Interruptions

In the unlikely event that Éléve Weddings & Events must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session, or

  • A refund at our discretion

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Éléve Weddings & Events directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.

Policy Updates

Éléve Weddings & Events reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
